Libya: Over 222,000 Libyan students are currently taking their final basic education certificate exams. These exams are being conducted at the same time throughout the country, including in remote and conflict-affected regions. According to the ministry’s data, there are 162,724 students in the public education system, along with 52,910 from private institutions. Additional participants include home-schooled students, adults, and those in special education for the deaf and hard of hearing. The ministry has confirmed that all exam papers have been successfully sent to testing centers across the nation, and the exams are being closely monitored.
- Lord, we offer up prayers for the Libyan students who are getting ready for their tests. May You give them the strength, discernment, and mental clarity they need to meet the challenges that lie ahead. Reduce any tension and anxiety they may be feeling while also assisting them in remembering and recalling what they have learned (The Holy Bible, Proverbs 16:3).
- We pray for their optimal health and well-being and for the peace and stability of all students’ lives. May they approach their exams with confidence and a positive outlook, knowing that they have Your guidance and support (The Holy Bible, Proverbs 1:5).
