WIN Board Members
Sister Beverly Pegues-Tucker, President
Beverly is co-founder and president of the Window International Network, a Christian organization. WIN informs, equips, and mobilizes networks of prayer around the globe to pray strategically for the 10/40 Window nations. A career paralegal turned minister. Beverly speaks at conferences, churches, and retreats nationally and internationally on prayer, spiritual warfare, Biblical leadership, and missions. She has led prayer-centered ministry trips in many of the 10/40 Window countries.
Beverly worked as a career legal assistant and real estate broker. She also owned and managed her paralegal and realty company. She was the co-founder and director of a youth-based performing arts group, led many ministry and community-based projects, and was a member of the International Third World Leadership Association. She was one of the founding members of the International Prayer Council.
Beverly attended the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs and earned a paralegal certificate there. She has taken numerous law office management and paralegal classes from Denver University School of Law and Continuing Legal Education of Colorado. She also studied business administration and management at Pikes Peak Community College.
Beverly lives in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She has an adult daughter.
Sister Linda K. Sommer, Secretary
With a background in clinical psychology, general management and management consulting, Linda has more than 25 years in organizational development. Her experience includes consulting for large corporations, federal agencies and state governments, local municipalities and entrepreneurial businesses. Her expertise includes business process redesign, competency-based management models, executive leadership development, organization assessment and more.
Linda has an MBA in leadership and human resource management from the University of Colorado and has postgraduate certification from the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) in executive development and executive coaching from Georgetown University. Linda is active in teaching and training with public seminars in project management, success skills for women in management and personal leadership development. Linda is a Senior Professional in Human Resources, SPHR, and SHRM-SCP.
Linda has been involved with the 1040 Window since her prayer journey to Nepal in 1997. She has also ministered in The People Republic of China, Hong Kong, and Romania. She lives with her husband in Colorado Springs and actively pursues painting as a hobby.
Sister Judith Trimble, Board Member
Judith Trimble is a graduate of the University of Miami and has completed graduate work at California State University, Los Angeles and University of California, Los Angeles. Before entering full-time professional ministry, Mrs. Trimble served as a Los Angeles Unified School District educator for over 26 years. She has conducted Christ-centered retreats, seminars, and conferences for more than seventeen years in the Southern California area.
In January of 1993, Judith assisted her husband, Pastor Alton Trimble, in planting Glory Christian Fellowship International.
Currently, the Lord is guiding Sister Judith in facilitating two weekly sessions of The Daughters of Fresh Oil, our women’s discipleship group program. She is also responsible for the development and management of the Christian Education Department, for youth and children, as well as assisting her husband Pastor Alton Trimble with the day to day management of the ministry and ministry to the body.
Most recently Mrs. Trimble has expanded her ministry outreach endeavors by serving as the director of Glory Christian Fellowship International’s Bridges Community and Economic Development Corporation. Judith serves in the Board of Directors for Window International Network, which informs, equips, and mobilizes churches and networks of prayer for the 10/40 Window.
Among the many blessings in Judith’s life, her crowning glory has been her role as wife and mother for more than 23 years.
Jeffrey Chew, Board Member
Jeffrey Chew. a former Vice-President of a Life Insurance Company has been in corporate sector with working experience from 1980 to 1996. Since then, he has held several leadership positions in the local churches including being senior elder of two churches between 1992 to 2000 and was an active leader in the Full Gospel Businessmen Fellowship from 1990 to 2016. He also established a Missions Organization called ‘International Christian Mission (ICM) Malaysia’ in 1992 which is involved in Church Planting.
For the past 28 years, ICM has trained thousands of church planters and planted hundreds of churches in partnership with local church partners of various denominations. ICM also organizes Short Term Mission Trips to train, equip and mobilize lay people for missions. Jeffrey was ordained as a minister of the Gospel by ICM Inc and Worldwide Missionary Evangelism, USA in 2008.
Jeffrey has been married to Irene for 38 years and they have 3 godly children, Sarah, Japheth, Deborah and 2 grandchildren. For the last 25 years, Jeffrey, together with Irene, own and manage a Kindergarten established since 1955 in Malaysia with an average enrolment of 400 students per year and a workforce of about 35 personnel. Together with Irene, they are currently part of the leadership team in the prayer ministry of the local church where they serve.
Jeffrey and Irene were involved with children intercession since 1995 when Sarah and Japheth were invited to be delegates as children intercessors at the Global Consultation on World Evangelism in South Korea. After that, they were appointed as Malaysian Coordinators of Esther Network International whose vision is to mobilize ‘children in prayer’ around the world. Their family has travelled together to minister at churches, children prayer camps and prayer conferences in Malaysia and other nations on Children in Prayer (CiP).
Jeffrey and Irene were used by God to launch the National Children Prayer Movement in Yangon, Myanmar in 2010. Since then, they have witnessed a rapid mobilization of Children in Prayer that has brought transformation to the nation of Myanmar. They were also involved in the training and equipping of children prayer leaders in Hong Kong and mainland China. They were also the workshop speakers for the Children’s Prayer Track at the World Prayer Assembly in Jakarta, 2012. Currently, Jeffrey is a member of the CiP Global Task Force which comes under the spiritual covering of the International Prayer Council (IPC).
Sister Enobong Abasi, Board Member
Enobong Abasi emigrated to the USA from Nigeria in 1982. She studied at Texas Southern University and graduated with a BA in Economics and then she went to Nursing School, where she got her license and practiced as a nurse for over 25 years. Later, she earned her MBA from Columbia Southern University in Healthcare Management.
On January 1, 2000 exactly at 4am, God woke her up with a mission “ help my people to get off their knees”. To answer God’s call she founded Hope KeAbasi Foundation. whose mission is to help the poor and helpless in training, business development, and financial assistance so they could open their businesses. Currently about 100 women have been funded and more are added annually. She has travels yearly to several countries for both Medical and Micro-Business missions, countries including: Nigeria, Haiti, India and Jamaica.
Enobong serves on the board of many organizations including: Asset Building Network located in Houston, TX, Committee of Practice (CoP) in Healthcare in Houston Tx. She also serves as the Secretary in Windows International Network. Since 2002, she has established a prayer group that meets weekly to pray for 1040 Nations.
She is blessed with three daughters and a grand-daughter.
Rodrick Gilbert, Board Chair
Rodrick serves with strong Apostolic anointing, he is an initiator and steward of a movement that has resulted in making over 600,000 multiplying disciples worshipping the Lord in over 50,000 Churches in the north and central India. Has been serving and empowering an indigenous network of over 2,000 leaders. The Lord has also used Rod globally primarily across Europe, the United States, and Southeast Asia.
Rodrick started the Lord’s full-time ministry in 1984. Rod was born and brought up in a Christian family in northern India. His primary disciple was his God-fearing mother who discipled him along with his four elder brothers and a sister. He leads a model family comprised of a daughter and two sons, along with his wonderful wife who is the most important support to him in carrying out his vision.
He has been instrumental in training, casting vision, spiritual warfare, walking in Holy Spirit, challenging and empowering people for the task of making multiplying disciples that worship the Lord in multiplying churches. Apart from serving the board of Window International Network, he serves as a member of the Kingdom Ministry in Europe. Rod is also privileged to establish the Ministry to the Nations. A sought-after speaker he has spoken at several international conferences including Verge International Network, Biola Christian University and missions conferences in churches across the United States and Australia.
Also, Rod has founded multiple businesses which helps further the work of ministry.
