Israel released four Lebanese captives and agreed to border division talks with Lebanon, mediated by the US and France. The discussions aim to resolve ongoing border disputes, including Israel’s occupation of five strategic points in southern Lebanon. The talks will involve working groups to address these issues alongside the continued challenges following the ceasefire agreement between Israel and Hezbollah.
