The latest nuclear talks between Iran and the U.S. have ended. Iran said the talks were difficult but helpful for understanding each other.
The U.S. found the talks encouraging and said they were both direct and indirect. The meeting lasted over three hours and covered technical issues. Both countries agreed to keep talking in the future. No date has been set yet for the next round of talks. Iran said the next date will be shared by the mediator, Oman. Oman’s foreign minister confirmed that leaders need to consult first. He said the talks had original ideas and showed a wish for peace. Both sides seem open to reaching a fair and respectful agreement.
Abba Father, we pray for clarity and divine direction for all involved in these talks. May Your hand guide their hearts toward peace, and may every step be aligned with truth and justice. In Jesus’ name. Amen (The Bible, Proverbs 3:5–6).
God of all nations, sow seeds of peace where there has been division. Let a spirit of reconciliation flow through these leaders and bring healing to global tensions. In Jesus’ name. Amen (The Bible, Psalm 46:9).
