The Rohingya refugee crisis has caused a catastrophic impact on Bangladesh. This huge need has initiated a positive response from the United Nations. It has launched a 2025-26 Joint Response Plan along with as many as 100 partners. This plan incorporates $934.5 million for supporting 1.5 million Rohingya refugees and hosting various communities in Bangladesh. UN is warning of sharp fall in financial supports and the increase in global human crisis situations will result in worst setbacks such as food shortage and illegal movements. Majority of the women and girls refugees are in a vulnerable state of exploitation. A greater number of youngsters are denied learning opportunities and are jobless. According to UN, continuous global support is inevitable in order to find a lasting solution.

Abba Father, we lift up the Rohingya refugees and their host communities. Provide them with the resources, safety, and hope they desperately need. Stir the hearts of nations to give generously so that no one suffers from hunger or despair. In Jesus’ name. Amen (The Bible, Philippians 4:19).

Abba Father, we pray for peace in Myanmar so that the Rohingya people may return home safely. Bring justice, healing, and reconciliation, and let Your love shine through those working for their welfare. In Jesus’ name. Amen (The Bible, Psalm 34:18).
