As of May 2024, she is 21 years old. Reports suggest she may have been forced into marriage and motherhood, but these claims lack verification. Her parents continue to call for her release, expressing frustration over unconfirmed reports and the government’s inaction.
Almighty GOD, we pray for Leah Sharibu and other captives, asking for their swift and safe return. Father, strengthen their spirits and protect them from all evil (The Holy Bible, Luke 1:37).
