On April 1st the Ministry of Justice in Kuwait activates an electronic notifications service through the Sahel app. This plays a key role in Kuwait’s ongoing digital transformation of all government services. Sahel is an electronic means for notifications alongside other methods. The notifications will be considered effective from the moment they are received from the application’s server. Furthermore, the Ministry of Justice assured the public that it was ready to respond.
