The country is dealing with high demand and shortages, which is making it hard for gas projects to move forward as planned. As a result, some key gas developments that were meant to improve Egypt’s energy supply are being delayed or stopped. This has raised concerns about the future of Egypt’s energy sector and whether the country can meet the growing energy needs of its people.
