Iran, the country taking pride in developing nuclear weapons; has not concentrated in providing lifesaving medicines to the suffering citizens. Those who are with terminal diseases like cancer are the worst hit. The government is unable to control the heavy hike in the prices and also has failed to stop the use of the substandard medicines. In order to treat their loved ones, people are selling their belongings and properties. Many are not getting even the initial medical treatments. The proprietors of the Pharma companies blame the shortage of raw materials. People are going through physical and mental ordeal and the government has failed to provide much needed care.
Pray that the government will realize the great need of the agonizing people and take immediate care to arrange for their required medications (Philippians 4:19).
Pray that the officials will take immediate action to detect and book those manufacturing the medicines with fake materials. “For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler and from the deadly pestilence (The Bible, Psalm 91:3).
