Children in Syria face a dire situation after 14 years of civil war. Over 75% of the 10.5 million Syrian children were born during the conflict, growing up amid violence, displacement, and hardship. Millions suffer from malnutrition, with over 500,000 under five facing life-threatening conditions. Many children are out of school, and educational facilities remain closed. Child labor and early marriage are rising, while explosive remnants of war put 5 million children at risk.
Pray for the children in Syria to have access to healthy food, clean drinking water, education and other basic needs and rights. Pray for the eradication of child labor and child marriage practices in Syria (The Holy Bible, Matthew 25:40).
Pray for the LORD’s divine protection for all the children in Syria from landmines and other explosive remnants. Pray for the LORD to heal the hearts of the little souls in Syria from the scars of the war and its aftermath (The Holy Bible, Psalm 121:7-8).
