ALGERIA: Sofiane Chaib, the Algerian Secretary of State to the Minister of Foreign Affairs responsible for the National Community Abroad, met with Nabil Habashi, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs for Migration and Egyptian Expatriates from Egypt. This meeting took place during the 11th United Nations Alliance of Civilizations Forum. They discussed ways to enhance cooperation between Algeria and Egypt in consular matters that would benefit both communities. The meeting also allowed them to share ideas about improving and modernizing consular services, along with various initiatives aimed at helping the expatriate communities in both countries.
