The agreement, announced by Iraq’s Ministry of Health, emphasizes shared intelligence, technical collaboration, early warning systems, prevention strategies, and improved border surveillance.
Iraq hailed the pact as a milestone in regional cooperation, reaffirming its commitment to working closely with neighbors to address escalating narcotics threats and bolster collective security and public health.
