DJIBOUTI: The U.S. Africa Command, Combined Joint Task Force – Horn of Africa, and the Kentucky Army National Guard joined forces with Djiboutian troops for a program focused on sharing skills in cybersecurity and radio communications. This initiative included teaching sessions, live demonstrations, and hands-on exercises. Participants practiced monitoring networks, detecting threats, and using important cybersecurity tools. They also learned about the basics of radio communications and techniques that support crisis response and daily coordination between the two countries. This program allowed for practical practice, collaborative problem-solving, and a shared understanding that will help both teams improve with each future interaction.
- Lord, we pray that the partnership between the U.S. forces and Djiboutian troops will lead to effective skill-sharing and enhance their capabilities in cybersecurity and radio communications (The Holy Bible, Proverbs 27:17).
- Lord, we pray for divine protection over the networks that are monitored and the personnel involved in cybersecurity efforts, that they may detect and respond to threats effectively (The Holy Bible, Proverbs 18:10).
