Jenin Governor Mohammed Jarrar has declared the refugee camp in the northern West Bank a “disaster area” as Israeli forces continue their military offensive. The attack has destroyed key infrastructure, including roads, water, electricity, and communication networks. Thousands of Palestinians have been forced to flee as homes and buildings are reduced to rubble. Since January 21, more than 70 Palestinians have been killed, and the situation remains dire.
