CAMBODIA: Cambodia and the Russian Federation reaffirmed their commitment to stronger economic cooperation during the 70th anniversary of diplomatic relations in Phnom Penh. Talks focused on trade, tourism, education, investment, and skills development. Prak Sokhonn highlighted the strong friendship between the two nations and recognised Russia’s support in Cambodia’s recovery after 1979. More than 8,000 Cambodian students have studied in Russia and the former Soviet Union, helping strengthen human resource development and ties between both countries. Cambodia also sees strong future potential in economic and technical cooperation.

Heavenly Father, we pray for continued peace and friendship between nations. May Cambodia and Russia work together with wisdom, respect, and understanding to promote stability and prosperity for their people. Amen (The Holy Bible, Matthew 5:9).

Lord, may economic partnerships bring fairness, opportunity, and blessings to communities. Help nations cooperate in ways that uplift people, reduce poverty, and create hope for the future. Amen (The Holy Bible, Proverbs 16:3).
