Special caution is advised in areas like Fifa, Al-Haditha, Al-Mazra’a, and Al-Safi, which may experience dangerous runoff water from surrounding regions. Authorities are urged to closely monitor water channels and drainage systems, as flooding could continue even after the rain stops. Citizens are also warned to avoid valleys and flooded roads and follow official safety guidelines.
