NEPAL: The new Minister for Health and Population, Dr. Sudha Sharma, made her first decision to offer psychological counseling to people hurt during the Gen Z protest. Upon her appointment, Dr. Sharma addressed the media and pledged transparency regarding the procurement of medical supplies and equipment. She also committed to fighting corruption in the health sector. “The Gen Z protest aimed for better governance and stopping corruption. I hope that during my time in office, I won’t hear any complaints about corruption,” she said.
