ALGERIA: A 5.8 magnitude earthquake shook Tebessa Province in eastern Algeria, as reported by the Research Center in Astronomy, Astrophysics, and Geophysics (CRAAG). The epicenter of the quake was located 10 km southeast of Negrine in Tebessa Province, according to their report. The CRAAG also mentioned that a second tremor, measuring 4.7 in magnitude, occurred as an aftershock, with its epicenter situated 26 km southeast of Negrine. People in nearby areas such as Khenchela, Souk Ahras, and El Oued felt the quake. So far, there have been no reports of damage or injuries.
