In Sudan’s ongoing civil war, human rights lawyers accuse the paramilitary group Rapid Support Forces (RSF) of attacking villages in North Kordofan, killing nearly 300 people, including children and pregnant women. The RSF has been fighting the Sudanese army for control of western Sudan, including areas like North Kordofan and Darfur. Lawyers say the RSF burned homes and shot civilians in villages with no military presence, calling the attacks war crimes. The United Nations says fighting has forced thousands to flee their homes. The RSF denies responsibility but promises to punish wrongdoers. Sudan’s war has caused a huge humanitarian crisis, with over 40,000 killed and 13 million displaced. The International Criminal Court is investigating war crimes in Darfur, where famine, sexual violence, and attacks on hospitals have worsened. Victims have fled to neighboring Chad to escape the violence and suffering.

Pray that the perpetrators behind this bloody war in Sudan are quickly brought to justice. Pray for justice and peace to prevail in Sudan (The Holy Bible, Psalm 84:2).

Almighty GOD, we cry out for Your divine intervention in Sudan to end the violence and to bring peace and justice. Father, shield the innocent Sudanese people from harm and evil-doers (The Holy Bible, Psalm 9:12).
