The plan includes a thorough assessment of educational needs, the creation of contemporary training programs, and ongoing monitoring and evaluation to ensure that the goals are met. Through this initiative, the Government of National Unity aims to establish a modern educational environment that enhances students’ skills and elevates the quality of English language education in Libyan institutions.
