China: China’s Communist Party is getting ready to formalize the roles of various commissions and groups within its main decision-making body, the Central Committee, by establishing new regulations that clarify their often vague responsibilities. These rules were examined by the Politburo, a 24-member leadership group, during a meeting led by President Xi Jinping.
While the report did not detail the regulations, it indicated that they aim to standardize the policy coordination and review process at the highest levels. Additionally, the rules are intended to ensure that these bodies work in conjunction with other government departments without exceeding their designated powers.
- Lord, we pray for wisdom for the leaders of China, especially within the Communist Party, as they seek to formalize the roles and responsibilities of their decision-making bodies. May they act justly, seek peace, and promote the well-being of all citizens (The Holy Bible, Isaiah 1:17).
- Lord, we pray for unity and cooperation among the various commissions and government departments as they work together to implement these new regulations. May their efforts align with the greater good of the people and lead to stability and prosperity for the nation (The Holy Bible, Ephesians 4:3).News Source: My News
