The Human Rights Activists News Agency reported that at least 1,407 civilians, including 214 children, have been killed in Iran since the war began on February 28, based on verified incidents gathered through its network of sources and public evidence. However, Iran International has not independently confirmed these figures. U.S. officials, including Brad Cooper of United States Central Command, stated that Iranian forces have been launching attacks from populated areas, increasing civilian risk, while also suggesting the conflict could end if Iran chose to do so. The report highlights that Tehran Province saw the highest number of incidents, followed by Hormoz Gan Province. Additionally, hundreds of deaths remain unclassified, and Iran’s health ministry reported significant harm to children and damage to protected civilian infrastructure, raising concerns about violations of international humanitarian law.
Abba Father, we pray for Your protection over innocent lives caught in conflict. Shield families and children from harm. Lord, we declare that peace will prevail over violence and destruction. Bring an end to this conflict swiftly. Amen (The Holy Bible, Psalm 9:9).
Father, we ask for healing for the injured and comfort for grieving families. Restore what has been broken. Lord, we declare that justice will be upheld and that truth will come to light in every situation. Amen (The Holy Bible, Psalm 37:28).
