Iran is facing a severe medicine crisis marked by shortages, skyrocketing prices, and poor-quality or expired drugs, deepening public frustration. Iranians are struggling to access essential medications, hygiene products, and treatments, with basic items like menstrual pads, insulin, and asthma sprays becoming unaffordable or unavailable. Many have turned to foreign markets to obtain reliable medicines. Insurance coverage has declined, while black market sales of fake or expired drugs are rising. The situation, worsened by water and electricity outages, has turned daily life into a struggle, especially for the poor, women, and children who depend on affordable healthcare.

Abba Father, have mercy on the people of Iran who are suffering without medicine and care. Bring healing, provision, and justice to those most in need. In Jesus’ name. Amen (The Holy Bible, Psalm 41:3).

God of compassion, strengthen the weak and provide hope for those who cannot afford treatment. Raise up helpers and bring change to unjust systems (The Holy Bible, Psalm 146:7).
