LIBYA: The team from the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Libya met with Japanese Ambassador Shimura Izuru to discuss how to improve development in Libya. They discussed important strategies aimed at building skills and ensuring lasting stability. The conversations also emphasized the need to support Libyan youth, giving them chances to realize their potential and play a bigger part in the country’s growth. During the meeting, they looked at Japan’s successes in boosting economic recovery and helping private businesses grow through sharing technology, knowledge, responsible business methods, and building strong infrastructure.
