He explained the election rules and regulations, stressing how important it is for people to participate actively and stay informed in a democracy. The Chief Election Commissioner also had a thorough discussion with members of the Regional Election Commission about the election process. Later in the evening, he left for Hunsur Rabgyaling Tibetan Settlement, wrapping up his official visit to Kollegal Dhondenling Tibetan Settlement.
