A new UN report says the government in North Korea is becoming harsher and controlling. People are being executed just for watching or sharing foreign movies and shows, and many face forced labour in dangerous jobs. Life is very hard, with not enough food and no freedom to make choices. Technology is being used to watch people more closely, making them afraid to speak or act freely. Escapees describe public executions, hunger, and torture in prisons. Some hoped life would improve under the current leader, but instead, things got worse. Children are being used for dangerous work, and prison camps are still running. The government stops people from escaping and from earning a living. Many say they live in fear every day. The UN is urging North Korea to end the death penalty and prison camps and to teach human rights. It also asks other countries to help stop the suffering. Young people in North Korea still hope for change.

Most High GOD, who rules in the kingdom of men, we plead for Your intervention against the oppressive regime in North Korea. Open the eyes and hearts of the ruler and the authorities of the nation to submit themselves and their works under Your reign (The Holy Bible, Daniel 5:21).

We proclaim freedom, justice, and peace of GOD to prevail in the nation, North Korea, in the Mighty Name of Lord Jesus Christ, who has all authority in Heaven and on earth (The Holy Bible, Matthew 28:18).

Pray for the end of the death penalty and prison camps in North Korea. Pray for the LORD to bless the people of the nation with hope and a bright future. (The Holy Bible, Jeremiah 29:11).
