NEPAL: On the occasion of ‘International Youth Day–2025’ today, the President expressed hope that young people are now ready to take on the task of building a successful Nepal and creating a bright future. He mentioned that his generation worked hard to establish a federal democratic republic in the country and reflected on the progress made so far. The President emphasized that it is essential to turn the dreams of young people about development, good governance, and prosperity into reality in today’s fast-paced world filled with globalization and technology. He also noted that policies and programs that encourage entrepreneurship among youth are important for reducing brain drain.
- Lord, we pray that the young people of Nepal are empowered to take on leadership roles and actively participate in building a prosperous future for their country. May they possess vision, passion, and the courage to pursue their dreams (The Holy Bible, 1 Timothy 4:12).
- Lord, we pray for the development of policies and programs that promote entrepreneurship among the youth, helping to create job opportunities and reduce brain drain. May they find innovative ways to contribute to good governance and societal progress (The Holy Bible, Proverbs 16:3).
