Three officers from the Anti-Narcotics Department were killed during a dawn raid in Amman while attempting to arrest a dangerous suspect. The suspect opened fire as officers entered the premises, killing three and injuring another, who was taken to hospital. The suspect was later apprehended, and drugs and firearms were seized at the scene. The Public Security Directorate honored the fallen officers and expressed condolences to their families, wishing recovery for the injured.
