CHINA: China has introduced a new type of visa for young science and technology experts as part of its effort to boost technological innovation and independence. The Talented Young Scientist Programme seeks to bring in researchers from Asia and Africa to work in China. Meanwhile, the Outstanding Young Scientists (Overseas) Fund Project invites top natural scientists and engineers to come to China. Leading universities in China are also providing attractive salaries and bonuses to draw foreign researchers.

  • Lord, we pray that the Talented Young Scientist Programme and the Outstanding Young Scientists (Overseas) Fund Project will successfully attract gifted researchers who will contribute to technological advancements in China, fostering collaboration and innovation across nations (The Holy Bible, Colossians 3:17).
  • Lord, we pray for the foreign researchers coming to China, that they may find a welcoming environment, experience personal and professional growth, and be able to share their knowledge and skills effectively for the benefit of society (The Holy Bible, Philippians 2:4).
