CHINA: China stated that it is willing to take a “helpful role” in solving the Ukraine crisis. The statement comes after Russia proposed that China could be one of the countries ensuring Ukraine’s safety in a peace agreement, which Ukraine has turned down. China has consistently acted transparently regarding the Ukraine situation, maintaining an impartial and fair position, and everyone knows this. We think that all parties should support a shared, complete, cooperative, and lasting security idea and strive for a political solution to the Ukraine crisis.
Lord, we pray that all parties involved in the Ukraine crisis may seek and find a peaceful resolution that promotes justice, safety, and stability for all. May leaders be guided by wisdom and compassion as they engage in dialogue and negotiation (The Holy Bible, Romans 12:16).
