Tajikistan has launched a new hotline to assist victims of domestic violence. This shows an important effort to protect women and families. The Committee on Women and Family Affairs runs the hotline, which has been operational for over two months. People can call for free legal advice and psychological support if they experience abuse, housing issues, alimony problems, or divorce. Both men and women can access this service. The hotline builds on previous in-person support and was established under Tajikistan’s law “On the Prevention of Domestic Violence” and its state program. Officials say the primary goal is to help survivors recover and stop future abuse. This new service helps victims get quick and safe assistance, offering them support, advice, and protection when they need it most.

Praise GOD for the efforts of the government against domestic violence in Tajikistan. Pray for the success of the actions to combat the violence against women and girls in the country (The Holy Bible, Job 12:13).

Pray for divine protection upon all the girls and women in Tajikistan. Pray for the LORD to heal the victims of domestic violence both physically and psychologically, and bless them with hope and a bright future (The Holy Bible, Psalm 17:8).
