Lebanon is living through a deep crisis after years of political failure, regional conflict, and economic collapse. One year into President Joseph Aoun’s term, leaders still disagree on a clear national vision, while citizens struggle with poverty, insecurity, and loss of trust. Lebanon’s problems are closely linked to its surroundings, especially Syria and Israel. The war with Israel and the Palestinian issue have repeatedly pulled Lebanon into violence, while the fall of the Assad regime changed regional balances. Hezbollah has been weakened, and Iran, its main supporter, now faces serious pressure, creating uncertainty for Lebanon’s future. Any major change in Iran could spread instability across the region. At the same time, global tensions add to the danger, as old alliances weaken in Europe and beyond. Lebanon, a small and divided country, is highly exposed to these shocks. Without internal agreement and regional calm, recovery will remain very difficult. Ordinary people wait for reforms, justice, stability, and real leadership today nationwide.

Pray for wise counsel and unity among the authorities to find a peaceful solution to the internal divisions in Lebanon. Pray for friendly relations between Lebanon’s authorities and its neighboring countries to promote peace and stability in the nation and the Middle East region (The Holy Bible, Matthew 5:9).

Pray for divine peace and justice to prevail in the Middle East region. Pray for the LORD’S intervention in the region to eliminate the war and enmity between nations and peoples, and to bring HIS Kingdom in the region (The Holy Bible, Matthew 6:10).
