Jordan’s Foreign Ministry is closely monitoring the case of two Jordanian citizens who were killed after being illegally recruited to fight with the Russian army. The ministry warned that foreign groups are trying to recruit Jordanians online and said such actions violate Jordanian and international law. Officials urged citizens to report any recruitment attempts and stressed that joining foreign militaries is dangerous and illegal. Jordan has asked Russia to stop recruiting Jordanians and promised to take all legal and diplomatic steps to protect its citizens.
