Three anti-narcotics operations led to drug seizures worth nearly RM200 million, according to Bukit Aman’s Narcotics Crime Investigation Department. The first raid in Bentong on Jan 30 resulted in the arrest of three men and the seizure of 255 packages of suspected methamphetamine valued at RM13.25 million, with syndicates using car parks as drop-off points. A second operation between Jan 31 and Feb 2 uncovered drugs worth about RM180 million, including MDMA, ecstasy, and Erimin 5 pills, following raids in Kepong and Subang Jaya. Three suspects, including the syndicate leader, were arrested for using rented houses in the Klang Valley as storage and distribution hubs. The third operation disrupted trafficking at KL International Airport, where six suspects were arrested and 188kg of marijuana buds worth RM15 million were seized, including drugs found in suitcases of suspected mules bound for the United Kingdom.

Abba Father, protect communities and young lives from the destruction caused by drugs. Strengthen families and neighborhoods against addiction and crime. Amen (The Holy Bible, John 10:10).

Lord, rescue those coerced or deceived into trafficking. Lead them toward repentance, restoration, and a new path in life. Amen (The Holy Bible, Psalm 107:14).
