At least 14 civilians were killed in recent violence in Sudan, showing how serious the conflict has become. The attack happened in South Kordofan state, in the city of Dilling, where homes were hit by heavy artillery shelling. Among the victims were women and children, and many others were injured. Medical workers reported that the situation is very difficult, with not enough doctors, medicine, or supplies to help the wounded. The city has been under siege for more than two years, making life very hard for people living there. Fighting between the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) and the Sudan People’s Liberation Movement-North (SPLM-N), another armed group, has continued, causing fear and destruction. Civilians are suffering the most, as they have little protection from violence. Aid groups have asked the international community to take action and help protect innocent people. This conflict, which started in 2023, has already killed many and forced millions to leave their homes in search of safety.

Pray against extremism in Sudan. Pray for the availability of medical care, food, and other basic needs and rights for all the Sudanese families. Ask the Holy Spirit of GOD to help the leaders find a peaceful solution to end the war for power in the country (The Holy Bible, 2 Chronicles 14:11).

Pray for divine protection upon the people living in the Sudan, especially in the cities under siege, including the city of Dilling. Pray for the LORD to thwart all the plans of the evil-doers against the peace and protection of the nation and its innocent civilians (The Holy Bible, Job 5:12).
