Dr. Hussein Allawi, Adviser to the Iraqi Prime Minister, reaffirmed that Iraq is making intensive diplomatic and security efforts to keep the region away from war and will not allow its territory to be used for attacks on neighboring countries. He emphasized Iraq’s neutral stance, commitment to regional stability, and adherence to its constitution. Through active diplomacy, including engagement with the United States and regional partners, Iraq seeks to position Baghdad as a center for dialogue and de-escalation. Allawi highlighted the “Iraq First” strategy under the National Security Vision 2025–2030, which has helped preserve stability over the past three years, and cited successful intelligence cooperation as proof of Iraq’s effective security coordination.

Abba Father, we pray for peace in Iraq and the entire region. Calm every tension and guide leaders toward reconciliation and wisdom. Lord, grant wisdom and discernment to all leaders and advisers, that their decisions may protect lives and promote justice. In Jesus’ name. Amen (The Holy Bible, Psalm 34:14).

Lord, protect the land and people of Iraq from violence, war, and division. Amen (The Holy Bible, Psalm 27:1).
