In the Rohingya refugee camps of Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh, families face extreme hardship as humanitarian aid funding has dropped by 63%. Newborn babies are delivered in overcrowded, poorly equipped rooms with unreliable electricity, while pregnant women fear hunger due to repeated food ration cuts. UNICEF nutrition centers are overwhelmed, treating around 300 malnourished children every day, with a sharp rise in severe cases among children under five. Doctors warn that without urgent funding, life-saving services for children may stop by mid-2026, putting thousands of young lives at risk. Amid heat, hunger, and uncertainty, Rohingya families continue to struggle for survival.

Abba Father, do not let the cries of the Rohingya be forgotten. Restore hope where despair has taken root. Guide humanitarian workers, doctors, and leaders to act quickly and wisely. Let help arrive before lives are lost, and may dignity and peace be restored to these families. Amen (The Holy Bible, Proverbs 31:8–9).

Lord, bring healing to malnourished children and strength to weakened bodies. Restore health where sickness and hunger have taken hold. Amen (The Holy Bible, Jeremiah 30:17).
