In remote Himalayan villages, women’s health trainings are helping improve lives and build relationships in very isolated communities. These villages are far in the mountains and can only be reached after long and difficult journeys on foot. Many women there have little or no access to healthcare, education, or basic hygiene products. Because of this, workers and local believers travel with supplies and teach important health lessons, such as breast cancer awareness and menstrual care. They also provide reusable hygiene items to support women’s daily needs. These trainings bring women together, allowing them to learn, talk, and support one another in a safe space. After the sessions, organizers often share stories from the Bible about love and compassion, including how Jesus cared for a woman who was suffering. The goal is not only to improve health but also to build trust and share faith. Despite many challenges, the teams continue their work to reach and support these remote communities.

Lord Holy Spirit, open the hearts and minds of these women from isolated communities in the Himalayan mountains to be receptive to the Gospel. Let there be both social and spiritual revival among these isolated communities (The Holy Bible, Acts 16:14)

LORD, let Your Word shall not return void but accomplish what You please among the non-believers, especially women from these kinds of isolated communities in the 1040 Window (The Holy Bible, Isaiah 55:11).
