Praying For a New Gateway in India

Is the term “gateway” meaningful to you? A team of 10 people in a city in India hopes their efforts will help reach the country’s 2,000 unreached people groups. This summer, they pray, share the gospel, and discipline new Christian believers.

Will they find people willing to listen? They are in a Hindu city where people believe truth is subjective. Different people can find spiritual truth in various areas; one must see the best path for them. The team of 10 must meet many people and find out if they are dissatisfied with the old answers and ready to look to the cross. They are also fighting health issues that might keep them from ministry. They need our prayer, and they need it this month!

Let us pray fervently for:

  • Pray for this team to find those who look for spiritual answers that will take them far beyond where they have ever been (The Bible, Ephesians 3:20-21).
  • Pray for the Lord to protect them from sickness and injuries (The Bible, Psalm 41:3).
  • Pray for their work to result in disciples who will make new disciples (The Bible, Matthew 5:1).
