Recent drone incidents near Saudi Arabia have increased concerns about safety and stability in the region. Saudi authorities said they intercepted three drones that entered their airspace from Iraq, stopping them before they could cause harm. The government warned that it will take strong action against any future violations of its borders. Although a ceasefire has reduced large-scale fighting since April, small drone attacks continue to create fear and uncertainty across the Gulf. Several neighboring countries, including Qatar, the UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Jordan, strongly condemned the incident and showed support for Saudi Arabia’s right to defend itself. The Gulf Cooperation Council also said the Kingdom’s security is important for the whole region. People in the region are worried that continued drone attacks could lead to bigger problems if not controlled, making peace feel fragile and uncertain.

Sovereign GOD, soften the hearts of leaders of warring countries and guide them towards oneness and reconciliation. We pray for Your healing power across the regions to end the raging political divisions (The Holy Bible, Psalm 133:1).

Father GOD, we pray for all the innocent civilians in the region facing instability and uncertainty. LORD, bring comfort to those who mourn, healing to the wounded, and protection to the vulnerable (The Holy Bible, Psalm 62:8).
