Afghanistan cannot move forward just by changing who is in power. The deeper problems are in everyday life, especially in villages where people lack schools, health care, jobs, and basic services. Many communities are isolated, and people feel disconnected from the state. To rebuild the country, change must start from the ground, not only from leaders in the capital. Villages, towns, and cities need to be linked through roads, education, markets, and public services. Farmers should be supported so they can produce more than just enough to survive. Land must be fair and protected by law, not controlled by force. Education is very important, especially for girls and young people, because it builds a better future. Health care and simple services help people to trust the system. Real change means building a connected, fair society where people can live, learn, and grow together.

Oh, LORD, have mercy on the people of Afghanistan as they are suffering oppression, poverty, discrimination, lack of public services, and many more. Say one word, LORD, say to them, “Live!” amidst the economic and political instability in the nation (The Holy Bible, Ezekiel 16:6).

Almighty GOD, You are the GOD of Restoration. We pray for the restoration of democracy in Afghanistan. We plead Your divine intervention in this desolate land. Breathe Your Life once again into this land and rebuild the lives and livelihoods of all the Afghan people (The Holy Bible, Joel 2:25).
