Iran has continued its drone attacks against Saudi Arabia, with a new wave on Monday (March 16, 2026) involving about 63 drones aimed at the Eastern Province and Riyadh. Saudi air defenses intercepted and destroyed all the drones, adding to more than 230 drones and over 30 missiles already shot down in recent attacks. The strikes are part of nightly campaigns, causing concern and disruption across the Kingdom. The Ministry of Defense said the attacks were handled safely, but they show the ongoing security threat facing Saudi Arabia. Neighboring Gulf countries are also affected, but Saudi Arabia remains the main target. Airports, oil facilities, and cities are at risk during these attacks, which increase tensions in the region. Authorities are working to protect civilians, maintain operations, and respond to threats. The repeated drone and missile attacks highlight the challenges Saudi Arabia faces in defending its airspace and ensuring safety for its citizens. The government continues to monitor the situation closely.

Sovereign and Almighty GOD, we plead for Your divine intervention in the region to end the war. We plead for Your divine peace and protection for all the innocent civilians in the region (The Holy Bible, Psalm 46:9).

Pray for unity and oneness between the international authorities to take immediate and necessary action for negotiations to end the crisis peacefully. Pray for justice to prevail in the region (The Holy Bible, Proverbs 29:26).
