Jordan’s Armed Forces announced that their air defense systems successfully intercepted and destroyed two ballistic missiles that were heading toward Jordanian territory. Earlier noises heard in the sky across several areas of the Kingdom were confirmed to be routine operational flights conducted by the Royal Jordanian Air Force as part of aerial reconnaissance and airspace security operations. The military emphasized that these measures are intended to protect Jordan’s airspace, prevent infiltration attempts, and safeguard national sovereignty. Authorities also urged citizens to avoid spreading rumors and to rely on official sources for accurate information.
