Speculation is growing about who will eventually succeed Kim Jong Un as the leader of North Korea. Many analysts believe he may be preparing his daughter, Kim Ju-ae, to become the next ruler of the Kim dynasty. She first appeared in public in 2022 during a missile test and has since attended many events with her father, including military parades, weapons inspections, and official ceremonies. Her central position at these events has led some experts to believe she is being groomed as the future leader. However, others argue that North Korea’s strong patriarchal culture may make it difficult for a woman to rule the country. Some analysts also think Kim may have an older son who could become the leader instead, although little is known about his children. Because the government keeps family details secret, there is still uncertainty. For now, experts say it is too early to know who will lead North Korea after Kim Jong Un.

Pray for Kim Ju-Ae and other family members of the North Korean leader to have a chance to hear Jesus, the King of kings’ birth, death, resurrection, and His awaited second coming. Pray for the Holy Spirit of GOD to open their hearts and minds to be approachable for the Gospel (The Holy Bible, Revelation 19:16).

Sovereign LORD, break the chains of oppression in North Korea. Let Your Kingdom come, and Your Will be done in the country, in the Mighty Name of our Lord Jesus Christ, Amen (The Holy Bible, Matthew 6:10).
