Israeli forces carried out widespread raids across several areas of the West Bank, detaining 24 Palestinians during operations that included home searches and reported property damage. According to the Palestinian Prisoners’ Club, the arrests were made under the claim that the individuals were “wanted.” In the Northern Jordan Valley village of Ein al-Beida, bulldozers demolished a 130-square-meter house that was under construction, shortly after a demolition notice had been issued. In the Jerusalem District, extremist settlers reportedly attacked the Church of the Visitation in Ein Karem, vandalizing walls with racist graffiti and damaging nearby vehicles, causing material losses.
Abba Father, we ask for Your peace to cover the land where there is conflict and fear. Calm every heart, protect every innocent life, and bring understanding where there is division. Lord, be a refuge for families facing uncertainty and danger. Guard their homes, their communities, and their future. Amen (The Holy Bible, Psalm 46:1).
Lord of comfort, heal the wounds physical, emotional, and spiritual left by violence and destruction. Restore what has been damaged and renew hope in every heart. Amen (The Holy Bible, Psalm 147:3).
