Jordan has deployed a new medical team to its field hospital in Gaza, continuing its humanitarian mission to provide life-saving care to Palestinians. The hospital includes surgery, pediatric, orthopedic, obstetric, and ICU units, along with a mobile prosthetic limb facility for amputees. The outgoing Jordanian team treated over 61,000 patients, performed nearly 3,000 surgeries, and fitted 105 prosthetic limbs. Under Jordan’s “Restoring Hope” initiative, a total of 637 limb operations have been completed in Gaza so far. The new deployment marks a renewed effort in compassion, medical service, and solidarity amid Gaza’s ongoing humanitarian crisis.
Abba Father, bless the Jordanian doctors and nurses serving in Gaza. Strengthen their hands, renew their compassion, and protect them as they bring healing and hope to the suffering. In Jesus’ name. Amen (The Holy Bible, Galatians 6:9).
Lord, let this mission of healing inspire peace and compassion among nations. May acts of kindness shine brighter than conflict and division. Amen (The Holy Bible, Matthew 5:9).
