Many people in the world have never heard about Jesus or the message Christians believe. These individuals are referred to as unreached or unengaged people groups. They are not far away by choice, but by lack of access: they have no churches, no missionaries, and no known believers among them. It is not that they reject the gospel; they do not have a chance to hear it. About 42 percent of the world’s 8.2 billion people are in this category. That is more than three billion people around the world who lack contact with the Good News. Among them, over 202 million belong to more than two thousand groups that have had no meaningful engagement. These unreached communities can be in remote places, wild jungles, faraway islands, or areas of war or danger. They might also live in cities, but in cultures or languages where no one has shared this message yet.

Lord Holy Spirit, please raise, help, and equip the believers around the world to take action to reach the unreached communities with the Good News. Let the burden for the lost souls fill the hearts of the Christians and boldly share the Savior, Jesus Christ, with the unreached before time ends (The Holy Bible, Revelation 10:6).

Lord Holy Spirit, stir the hearts and minds of the unreached people in the 1040 Window who lack access to the WORD of GOD, the Gospel, the Churches, and believers or mission workers, to hunger and search for the Bread of Life, Jesus Christ, the Savior. We pray for the availability of Christian resources for all the unreached people (The Holy Bible, John 6:35).
